Company Account

As a business customer at ON-TRA, we set up a free Company Account for you. The account is linked to the company registration number you provide and gives you a single place to manage employees and Courses together.

Inside your Company Account you can create one or more Course Managers. A Course Manager has access to a range of service features – including enrolling Students directly and following the progress of Students and the Courses they have completed.

There is no limit on the number of Course Managers or team size, which means you can create exactly as many administrators as your company needs – at no extra cost.

The person or persons set up as Course Managers automatically receive a copy of the Student's welcome email and the certificate, once the Student has completed a Course.

With a Company Account you can therefore collaborate effectively across the organisation and ensure simple administration of your company's training activities.

Course Managers

As a Course Manager you have access to the following features on our platform:

Enrol Students

Quickly and easily, without having to fill in your company's details every time.

Student Overview

Follow the progress of the Students you have enrolled. You can see whether they have started the Course and how much they have left to complete.

Certificate

Once Students have completed a Course, you can download and review their certificates directly here on our platform. Our certificates are issued in Danish and English.

Course reminders

If a Course is not completed when 14 days remain of the course access, the Student automatically receives a reminder to set aside time to finish the Course. If the Course is still not completed when 7 days remain, another reminder is sent.

This way the system helps both the Student and the company ensure that Courses are completed before they expire.

Annual reminder

When it is approaching one year since a Course was passed, an annual reminder is automatically sent advising that it may be relevant to renew the Course.

The reminder is sent to the company's Course Manager. If no Course Manager is registered, the reminder is sent directly to the Student.

This makes it easy to keep your company's training activities and certifications up to date.
